Can resperate help someone who recently had a stroke?

Q: I recently had a stroke. How can I keep my blood pressure normal? What is normal anyway? Can RESPeRATE help me now? A: The RESPeRATE may help, however, it was not tested after a stroke in its clinical trials. Only your personal doctor knows your background and will be able to help you make a decision. In general a reading of 140/90 or more is considered to be high blood pressure and should be treated. A reading of 120/80 or less is considered normal. Both numbers are important.

(The Canadian Press) People with anxiety disorders are at increased risk of developing high blood pressure and should have their heart health carefully monitored, doctors attending the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress were told Monday. "People with anxiety disorders are four times more likely to develop high blood pressure over one year than those of us who are anxiety-free," said Dr. Simon Bacon of the Montreal Heart Institute.
