Can I purchase RESPeRATE at my local drugstore?

Currently, RESPeRATE is available directly through InterCure, the manufacturer. You can order online or call Toll Free 1-877-988-9388. RESPeRATE is also available at some CVS pharmacies and at some independent drug stores. You can find a drug store location on our pharmacy locations page.

Does RESPeRATE come with a money-back guarantee?

Yes. For purchases made directly at RESPeRATE we guarantee that if you use RESPeRATE as recommended for 30 consecutive days from date of purchase and your blood pressure does not go down, you can return the device and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping). We ask that all returns include the original packaging with the unaltered product including Serial Number and UPC barcode on the RESPeRATE box.

I've ordered a RESPeRATE device, when will I receive it?

In the continental United States, your RESPeRATE should arrive within 7 business days. Rush order of two business days is also available for an additional fee.

Is shopping on-line with RESPeRATE.com secure?

Resperate.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. In particular, all credit card and other transactional information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology-the industry standard for protected credit card transactions.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes, we do accept checks or money orders. Please call us at 1-877-988-9388 for more information on how to pay with checks or money orders.

How long will it take for the RESPeRATE to arrive?

Standard shipping should take between 5 -7 business days.

Is rush shipping available?

Yes. You can request rush shipping for an additional $9.99. Rush shipping should arrive in two business days.

Will I be charged for shipping and handling?

Yes. You will be charged $14.99 for shipping and handling. If you select rush shipping, you will be charged an additional $9.99.

Will I be charged sales tax?

New York residents are subject to an 8.875% sales tax. New Jersey residents are subject to a 7% sales tax. Washington residents are subject to an 6.1% sales tax.

What if I want to return RESPeRATE?

Please call our Customer Service department between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time at 1-877-988-9388 if you would like to return your product. Refunds will only be offered to those individuals who receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Customer Service representative.

What is the Return Policy?

We are so confident that RESPeRATE can lower your blood pressure that we will refund the purchase price (less shipping) if your blood pressure is not reduced within 30 days of using RESPeRATE (15 minutes per day, 3 - 4 times per week). Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from delivery date.

What does the warranty cover?

InterCure's standard warranty includes repair or replacement of any new RESPeRATE device within 1 year of the original retail purchase if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

With the RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty program, FREE repairs and replacements are covered for an additional 2 years (for a total of 3 years). In addition, all shipping and handling charges are on us.
